Workshops can be delivered on-site or virtually, as a single session or as a multi-day series. Formats range from one-hour lunch-and-learns to week-long summer institutes. Every workshop comes with exercises built on your program's real data (de-identified where needed) — attendees walk away with analyses they can show their colleagues on Monday.

Most engagements start with a 30-minute scoping call and an hourly or fixed-fee quote, depending on scope. We're comfortable with both short interventions and ongoing monthly retainers.
