Measuring and Promoting Social-Emotional Learning and STEM Skills in Project-Based Learning or Small Group Work

In this course, you will build capacity to promote better social interactions in small group settings that ultimately lead to better academic outcomes. You will review the CASEL model for Social and Emotional Learning (SEL), and how to use an observation instrument for documenting SEL in STEM or PBL groups. You will also learn how to use survey and observation data to inform practice and to document change.
